We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- For low-value items (under $50 USD), we may offer a partial refund or full refund without requiring the item to be returned, to avoid costly international return shipping.
- For high-value items ($100 USD or more), physical return may be required.
Customs Duties Original customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, as these are collected by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Refund Processing Once your return is approved (and received, if a physical return is required), refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
